Arca is a Venezuelan beat producer on the UNO label. He makes dark rhythms that have a splash of hip hop (weird on this website?). He is giving away his free EP "Stretch 1" here at his site.
I like track five, "Ass Swung Low", but it has one of the creepiest music videos ever, in a non-stereotypical way.
